PROVIDING FOOD, MEDICAL CARE, AND HUMANE POPULATION CONTROL FOR HOMELESS CAT COLONIES IN PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA
About Us
Florida’s Forgotten Felines, Inc. is an all volunteer, NON-PROFIT, 501 (c)(3) organization, dedicated to making life easier for over 850 cats in over 70 colonies in southern Palm Beach County.
Florida’s Forgotten Felines is NOT AN ANIMAL SHELTER. We feed and care for these cats in their colonies and at their colony locations. Please do not drop off cats at location.
We spend roughly $6,000 each MONTH on wet and dry food to feed stray and feral cat colonies. We spay and neuter our cats and provide medical care to any sick or injured animals plus lots of TLC on a daily basis. read more…

“My greatest reward is seeing happy animals. Happy cats coming up to me saying hello. Sometimes after years of a cat being feral, and staying away from me–not wanting to be touched, not wanting to come close–all of the sudden, tail goes up, cat comes over: “I want to say ‘Hi!’ to you!”
OK, THIS is my greatest reward. I love it! When a cat makes friends with me…that’s wonderful.”
~ Susan Carmichael, Founder, Florida’s Forgotten Felines, Inc.
“I have worked with FFF for years fostering kittens and cats in need. I only have had a hand in saving over 50 felines! FFF is an amazing organization with such heart and dedication! I am thrilled to be a part of Susan’s fostering team.”
“I have been trapping and feeding with FFF for 6 years. I have witnessed firsthand the difference we have made to these beloved animals in need. I’m glad to be a part of this positive change.”
“My daughter and I were in the market for a kitten, and FFF was our first choice to adopt from. Our kitten, Mittens, is well socialized, playful, and we absolutely love him! Mittens is a great addition to our home and we can’t imagine our lives without him!
